Your transactions
Once you're under contract, your account manager assigns the deal to you so you can follow it through to closing. These appear on the My Transactions page.
The transactions list
Each card shows:
- The property photo and address
- Your Purchase Price
- A stage badge — Active, Pending, or Sold
Click a card to open the full transaction.
You can't create a transaction yourself — they appear when your account manager assigns you as the buyer in their CRM. If you expect a deal here and don't see it, contact your account manager.
The My Transactions button appears in the top navigation once you have at least one active transaction.
Inside a transaction
The transaction detail page summarizes the deal:
- Property photo, address, and purchase price
- Closing date, closing attorney, and whether it's a remote closing
- The current stage
- A link to View Original Listing when the property is still listed
The closing date is the one confirmed on your transaction. Until your account manager sets it, you'll see the projected close date from the original deal instead, so the date here matches the one in listing emails and on the property page. It can move as the deal progresses — your account manager confirms the final date.
From here you can also manage paperwork and stay in touch — see Documents, notes & your coordinator.
