Messaging about a property

Temporarily unavailable. The "Ask about this property" message box is currently hidden from property pages while we work on it, so you won't find it on a listing right now. To reach the team about a property in the meantime, use Request Information on the property page. The rest of this page describes how messaging works when it's available.

When enabled, every property page has an "Ask about this property" box (you'll see it when you're signed in). Use it to ask a question or start a back-and-forth with the LeftMain team about that specific listing.

Sending a message

1. Open a property and scroll to Ask about this property.
2. Type your question and click Send message.
3. Your message appears in the thread immediately.

The LeftMain team gets your message right away. When they reply, their response shows up in the same box on the property page, marked with a LeftMain badge — so the whole conversation stays in one place.

You need to be signed in. The message box only appears for registered investors, so the team always knows who they're talking to and which property you're asking about.

Where your messages go

Each conversation is tied to you and the specific property. Behind the scenes it's attached to your interest record for that listing (the same record created when you save a property, request info, or submit an offer), so the team sees your questions alongside the rest of your activity on that deal.
