Browsing & searching

The Properties page lists every property currently available on your portal. The home page also shows up to six featured (newest) listings — click View Opportunities or View all to open the full catalog.

Searching

Type a location or property name into the search box and press Search (or Enter). Results update to match your query. The x at the end of the box clears your search in one tap.

Filtering

Click Filters to open the filter panel. The number on the button tells you how many filters are on. You can combine any of these:

• Price range: type a minimum, a maximum, or both. The range applies when you leave the box or press Enter. If the minimum is above the maximum, the boxes turn red with "Minimum must be less than maximum" and nothing changes until you fix it.
• Location: type a state, county, city or ZIP code ("phoe", "maricopa", "850" or "springfield mo") and pick it from the list. Add as many places as you like; a property in any of them shows. Each place is a chip you can remove.
• My markets (when you're signed in): only properties inside the markets on your profile.
• Property type, Listing status (Active / Pending / Sold), Occupancy, Rehab level, and Garage type. Each portal chooses which statuses it shows (for example, some portals do not list Sold properties), and the status filter only offers those.
• Minimum bedrooms (1+ to 5+), minimum bathrooms (1+ to 4+), and minimum square feet (750+ to 3,000+)

Click Clear to reset every filter, your search and the sort at once. The view you picked (grid, list, map) stays. The list, the map and the split view always apply the same location filter, so they show the same properties.

When nothing matches, the page says so and offers Clear filters, so one click takes you back to every listing.

Sorting

The Sort control sits next to Filters and is always visible. Sorting changes the order only, so it never counts as a filter. Order results by:

• Newest first (default)
• Price: low to high
• Price: high to low
• Closing date: soonest first
• Closing date: latest first
• Oldest first

The map views have no Sort control: pins and the map's list follow the area you are looking at.

Views: grid, list, map, and map + list

Switch how results are shown with the view switch. Your choice is kept in the page address, so you can bookmark or share a view you like. On a phone the switch shows icons only, so it fits the screen.

• Grid view: photo cards in a grid (the default).
• List view: one property per row with more detail.
• Map view: a full-width map; pan or zoom to load the properties in view as price pins, and click a pin for a preview card.
• Map + list: the map on the left and result cards on the right, side by side. Results update automatically as you move the map: pan or zoom and the list refreshes to the properties inside the visible area. Hover a card to highlight its pin, or click a pin to jump to its card. Any filters you've set stay applied.
• Recently viewed: the properties you opened, most recent first, in place of the results. Search and filters don't apply here; switch back to any other view and they are still set. See Recently viewed.

Price pins are colored by the property's status: green for Active, yellow for Pending and red for Sold. A small key in the bottom-left corner of the map shows which is which, and the status badge on each property card uses the same colors.

Where many properties sit close together, the map groups them into a cluster — a round bubble showing how many properties it contains. Click a cluster (or simply zoom in) and it splits into smaller clusters and, eventually, the individual price pins. This keeps dense markets readable instead of a solid wall of overlapping pins.

The map views show a count of properties in the visible area; if there are more than fit the list, zoom in to narrow the area.

By default the map starts zoomed out to the whole United States so every listing is in view. The organization running the portal can choose a different starting point — for example centered on their home market — from their admin settings.

Reading a property card

Each card shows the key facts at a glance:

• A status badge: Active, Pending, or Sold
• The property name and address
• Beds / baths / square feet / year built
• Badges for property type, occupancy, and rehab level
• The asking price, shortened on the photo ("$950", "$185K", "$1M", "$1.3M")
• A heart button to save the property
• A trash can button to hide a property you're not interested in

If a photo can't be loaded (for example the folder it came from is no longer shared), the card shows a house placeholder instead of a broken image.

Click anywhere on a card to open the full property detail page.

The line above the results counts what matched ("1 property found", "24 properties found"). While a page is loading you see grey placeholder cards in the same layout, so nothing jumps when the listings arrive.

Paging through results

The first page also starts with your Recently viewed listings, and Hidden properties below the results lists anything you hid.

Results are shown 12 at a time. Use Previous, Next, or the page numbers to move through them. Your search, filters, and sort are preserved as you go, and the property page's All properties button brings you back to exactly this page.
