Browsing & searching

The Properties page lists every property currently available on your portal. The home page also shows up to six featured (newest) listings — click View Opportunities or View all to open the full catalog.

Searching

Type a location or property name into the search box and click Search. Results update to match your query.

Filtering

Click Filters to open the filter panel. You can combine any of these:

• Price range — All, under $100K, $100K–$300K, $300K–$500K, or over $500K
• State and City
• Property type, Listing status (Active / Pending / Sold), Occupancy, Rehab level, and Garage type
• Minimum bedrooms (1+ to 5+), minimum bathrooms (1+ to 4+), and minimum square feet (750+ to 3,000+)

Click Clear to reset every filter and your search at once.

Sorting

Use the Sort control to order results by:

• Newest First (default)
• Price: Low to High
• Price: High to Low
• Oldest First

Views: grid, list, map, and map + list

Switch how results are shown with the view switch. Your choice is kept in the page address, so you can bookmark or share a view you like.

• Grid View — photo cards in a grid (the default).
• List View — one property per row with more detail.
• Map View — a full-width map; pan or zoom to load the properties in view as price pins, and click a pin for a preview card.
• Map + List — the map on the left and result cards on the right, side by side. Results update automatically as you move the map: pan or zoom and the list refreshes to the properties inside the visible area. Hover a card to highlight its pin, or click a pin to jump to its card. Any filters you've set stay applied.

Where many properties sit close together, the map groups them into a cluster — a round bubble showing how many properties it contains. Click a cluster (or simply zoom in) and it splits into smaller clusters and, eventually, the individual price pins. This keeps dense markets readable instead of a solid wall of overlapping pins.

The map views show a count of properties in the visible area; if there are more than fit the list, zoom in to narrow the area.

By default the map starts zoomed out to the whole United States so every listing is in view. The organization running the portal can choose a different starting point — for example centered on their home market — from their admin settings.

Reading a property card

Each card shows the key facts at a glance:

• A status badge — Active, Pending, or Sold
• The property name and address
• Beds / baths / square feet / year built
• Badges for property type, occupancy, and rehab level
• The asking price
• A heart button to save the property

Click anywhere on a card to open the full property detail page.

Paging through results

Results are shown 12 at a time. Use Previous, Next, or the page numbers to move through them — your search, filters, and sort are preserved as you go.
