The property detail page

Opening any listing brings you to its detail page, where everything known about the property is gathered in one place.

Header actions

At the top of the page you can:

  • Save / unsave the property with the heart button
  • Share the listing — your device's share sheet opens, or the link is copied to your clipboard
  • Return to All Properties

Photos & videos

  • The Photos tab shows a hero image and a thumbnail grid. Click any image to open a full-screen lightbox with previous/next navigation. Every photo from the listing's source gallery is shown — even large galleries with hundreds of images.
  • If the listing has video, a Videos section appears with playable, embedded previews (including videos shared from CompanyCam).

If a listing has no media yet, a placeholder image is shown instead.

Key metrics

A summary band shows the asking price (the seller's wholesale marketing price — the only price the portal ever displays), bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and year built. When rental data is available you'll also see an estimated monthly rent — otherwise a See Analysis prompt links you to the rental analysis.

Actions

The action bar gives you everything you need to move on a deal:

  • View Rental Analysis — open the rent estimate and comparables
  • Request More Infoask the listing team a question
  • Submit an Offermake an offer
  • My Offers — review the offers you've already placed on this property

Submitting offers, requesting info, and saving require you to be signed in.

Content sections

Scroll down for the full picture:

  • Property Features — year built, type, lot size, occupancy, rehab level, garage, and the age of major systems (HVAC, water heater, roof).
  • Investment Analysis — the listing team's marketing description of the opportunity. Long write-ups are laid out as paragraphs (and bullet lists where the text lists features), so a long description is readable instead of a single block. The wording is exactly what the listing team wrote — the formatting is applied around the text, never to it, so nothing is reworded, shortened or corrected. Any web address in the write-up (a photo folder, for example) becomes a clickable link that opens in a new tab; the link always goes to exactly the address shown on the page.
  • Neighborhood Insights — demographics, walk score, and nearby schools, parks, and shopping. See Market analysis.
  • Sale Comparables — recent comparable sales nearby.
  • Property Records — tax history, assessed values, and zoning/parcel details when available.
  • Location map — an interactive map pinning the property, plus a pin for each sale comparable whose address can be located. The map appears once the property's location is known (its coordinates come from Salesforce when provided, otherwise the address is looked up automatically).
  • Listed By — the organization offering the property: its name, its own business location (city, state) — the same for every property that organization lists, not the individual property's location — plus a click-to-call phone number and a link to their website.

Good to know

  • Opening a property records a view so the listing team can gauge interest. This happens once per browser session per property.
  • Some advanced details only appear when the data exists for that property, so two listings may show slightly different sections.
