Asking the help assistant

Every page of the portal has a built-in chat assistant that answers questions in plain language. It knows everything in these help articles — browsing properties, saving and offering, transactions, and your account — and replies with direct answers plus links to the relevant guides.

How to use it

  1. Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of any page.
  2. Type your question — for example, "How do I submit an offer?" or "Where can I see my transactions?" — or tap one of the suggested questions.
  3. The assistant replies in seconds. Follow the links in its answers to jump straight to the matching article or page.

You can ask follow-up questions in the same conversation; the assistant remembers the recent messages in your chat.

Reaching a human

Under every answer you'll find a "Not finding the answer? Email a human" link. It opens an email to the support inbox of the organization running your portal — use it for anything account-specific (your offers, your transactions, your data) or anything the assistant couldn't resolve.

Good things to know

  • It only knows the Help Center. The assistant answers from these help articles. It can't see your account, your offers, or specific listings — for anything account-specific, contact the organization running your portal.
  • Ask in any language. The assistant replies in the language you write in.
  • It will say "I don't know." If something isn't covered by the documentation, the assistant says so rather than guessing.
  • Message limits. To keep the assistant fast for everyone, there's a short cooldown if you send many messages in a row. Wait a few minutes and try again.
