Financing a property

Every property page can include a lending analysis section with an interactive loan calculator powered by Kiavi. Scroll down on the listing to find it — no separate application to fill out.

The lending calculator

• Sign in to your investor account to see it — signed-out visitors get a sign-in prompt in its place.
• Switch between the Bridge / Fix & Flip and Rental / DSCR tabs — each is Kiavi's own calculator, embedded live.
• Quote numbers and the Apply step happen inline, hosted by Kiavi.

The numbers are estimates to help you size up the deal; they are not a loan offer or a credit decision.

Don't see the calculator?

The lending analysis section only appears when the organization running the portal has it enabled, and only once you're signed in. If you don't see it on a property, that portal hasn't turned it on. You can still request more info or submit an offer.

Note: the previous Request Funding window (with the Renovo one-click handoff) has been retired from the portal. Renovo introductions are now made by your LeftMain agent from the Transaction record in Salesforce.
